Hi I'm New!

Hi,
I already said I'm new but thought I'd state it again. I'm an author, not yet published, but currently working on a project. My mom is a published author and following in her footprints I'm writing romantica. but I'm having serious problems writing the love scenes.I've been writing well so far, but I feel like I don't know what I'm doing... So I was wondering, and I'd rather have someone with experience answer this one. Is it wrong to want to experiment? I was young when I accidently broke my hymen(I was eight or so and 17 now) and though my mom says it'll still be painful, would it be wrong to basically take my own virginity?

Input would be appreciated, I'll check on responses tommorrow.
